North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. Payson is a town of 16,000 people located about 90 miles northeast of Phoenix, Arizona. It is home to Tonto National Bridge in the shadow of the Mogollon Rim, which geographically divides the southern and northern halves of the state. This creates diverse habitats of cool pine forests, high-elevation lakes, canyons, and a warmer desert climate. Locals enjoy various outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, snow, and water sports.

• Attractive total compensation package ranging from $195,000.00 to $215,500.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.

To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:

• MD or DO degree and completed a Pediatric Residency
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
