Job Description

Position Title: Bartender

Reports to: Management

Summary: Provide exceptional, perfectly crafted Guest experiences every visit through personal interaction and execution of bartending specs. Provide a positive example to the rest of the team through leadership and integrity. Relentless commitment to clean, fast, and friendly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver genuine hospitality while you efficiently craft every drink to perfection and serve guests responsibly
• Be fanatical in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests at our bar and provide drinks and service to Team Members following standard recipes and procedures
• Guide our guests through our food and beverage menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all our food and beverage offerings
• Provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to guests and service Team Members to ensure our guests feel valued and well cared for
• Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Assist with cost controls of inventory, stocking, and pars
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
• Offer our Loyalty Program to every guest, every time
• Make our guests feel welcome by engaging with them and creating a lively and fun atmosphere

Education & Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Alcohol certification and ServSafe is a plus
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts

Working Conditions:

• 100% Walk and stand
• 90% Communicate with Guests and Team Members
• 75% Operate cash register, Point of Sale system, and cash handling
• 50% Reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 50 pounds.
