Home Care Aide

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our Home Health and Hospice team! The Home Care Aide assists clients in their homes/facilities with personal care activities, exercises, ambulation activities, and medication reminders. They perform simple treatments and procedures such as changing dressings per RN instruction. They also provide minor household chores, meal preparation, and runs errands. Communicates with supervisory personnel appropriately.

*This position is PRN with varied hours every two weeks.*

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Successful completion of a formal certification training program and/or written skills test and competency evaluation.
2. N.A. or H.C.A. certification and/or experience preferred.
3. Valid driver's license.
4. Valid car insurance to meet minimum requirements.
