As a Server, you'll be at the heart of the action, delivering exceptional service with a smile and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable time at Apex. Responsibilities:

1. Exceptional Guest Service:
   • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
   • Work collaboratively with team members and effectively communicate needs to management.
   • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our menu items and ingredients to assist guests with inquiries and provide recommendations.
   • Engage with guests at the table, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
2. Order Taking and Delivery:
   • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
   • Serve orders promptly and deliver them to the table with precision and attention to detail.
   • Clear tables and remove dinnerware in a timely manner to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
3. Menu and Attraction Knowledge:
   • Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including food and beverage options, to provide detailed descriptions and answer guest questions.
   • Stay informed about Apex Entertainment attractions to effectively assist guests with inquiries and provide recommendations.
4. Side work and Team Support:
   • Complete opening and closing side work tasks, including restocking, and organizing, to ensure smooth operations.
   • Support team members by answering phone calls, assisting with seating guests, and pre-bussing other servers' tables.
   • Work collaboratively with the team to fulfill running side work responsibilities, such as running food and beverages, resetting tables, and restocking wait stations.
5. Flexibility and Adaptability:
   • Maintain awareness of your surroundings and stay informed about activities throughout the facility.
   • Be open to additional tasks assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Fun and personable.
• Eager to learn a new skill.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is a must.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to remain composed during busy and stressful times.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and provide exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working events is a plus.
