As a Commercial Banker, you'll be at the forefront of business development, origination, and closing secured and unsecured commercial loans for small and mid-market businesses. To excel as a Commercial Banker at Peoples State Bank, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with a solid 3+ years of commercial banking experience under your belt. Sales experience in the financial sector is a plus, as you'll be engaging with customers regularly. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for building and nurturing client relationships.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Bachelor's degree from in the field of business or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial banking experience.
• Prior sales experience in financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and assist at other locations as requested.
• Analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving ability.
• Good knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and database software programs.
• Familiarity with local financial marketplace.
