BJG Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Compliance Specialist. The primary responsibility of this position is to complete a variety of compliance forms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
The successful candidate will handle diverse types of surveys and compliance documentation, including but not limited to Reps & Certs, Vendor Setup Forms, ACH/EFT Forms, QMS System Audits, Cybersecurity, Export Compliance (USMCAs, ECCDs), Online Portal Updates, Risk Assessments, Capability Surveys, ESG/Environmental Surveys, STRT, Small Business Subcontracting Plans, DFARS Compliance Requests, Impact Surveys, and adherence to regulations such as REACh, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, TSCA (including PFAS), Prop 65, among others. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Complete various compliance forms and surveys with a high degree of accuracy.• Manage and update online portals related to compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards
- Handle export compliance documentation including USMCAs and ECCDs
- Conduct Risk Assessments and Capability Surveys
- Manage ESG/Environmental Surveys and Small Business Subcontracting Plans
- Respond to DFARS Compliance Requests and Impact Surveys
- Stay informed about and ensure compliance with regulations such as REACh, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, TSCA (including PFAS), Prop 65, and other applicable standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in completing compliance forms and surveys
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards related to the industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
