Responsibilities Include:

• Provide personal cares and assistance with activities of daily living (such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, eating)

• Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the proper entities.

• Encourage and assist residents with participation in activities that support their physical, mental, and spiritual health.

• Follow the policies and procedures of the facility in accordance with regulations.

• Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, charts, reports, etc.

• Assist residents to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

Requirements:

• A great attitude, willingness to have fun, a passion for helping others, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

• Must be at least 19 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

• Must have completed the state approved nurse assistant training or be willing to complete training.

• Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility, which include a medical and physical examination.

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to work as a team, great collaboration.

• Must be able to pass applicable background checks.

• Weekend and holiday rotations required.

The Wilber Care Center is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for the following shifts:

Full Time/Part Time - Day, Evening, and Overnight Shifts

We offer flexible schedules and shorter shifts as needed.

Pay is Based on experience
