Responsibilities

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life. 

  • Effective and precise communication, whether it is performed via the telephone, email, or text messaging, on a customer-by-customer basis.

  • Interact with complete transparency and provide information in a way that will create trust with our customers.

  • Sharing Chevrolet, and off-brand, vehicle Product Knowledge and information.

  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions, listening carefully to their responses, and answering their actual questions.

  • Knowing all aspects of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies included in our vehicles.

  • Overcome objections and thrive within a sales environment.

  • Set Sales appointments and confirm arrivals.

  • Report directly to the General Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, analysis, and results.

  • Be a contributing member of our team's success by asking questions, answering questions, providing insight, and project a positive attitude.

  • Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with customers, team members, and management.

  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

  • Ability to want to learn, develop, and improve on a daily basis.

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and hygiene.

  • Valid driver’s license and a form of transportation to and from work.

  • Desire to find a career, not just a job.
