Litehouse Foods is looking to hire a strategic full-time Human Resources Generalist II. This position is 100% in-office at our facility in Hurricane, UT.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR JOB TITLE

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, handling employee inquiries, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

You will collaborate with various departments and leaders to address concerns, safety or policy violations, and employee performance related issues, while fostering a positive work environment. You have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

An amazing onboarding experience is important to you as you manage the full cycle of employee onboarding, including conducting orientations, benefits administration & enrollment, and processing paperwork to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

• Bachelor's degree OR a combination of related education and work experience
• 3+ years proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Knowledge about employment laws and handling disciplinary action
• Flexible schedule for a 24/7 plant operation

Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment would be a plus. HR certification is preferred. Can you balance multiple tasks at once while demonstrating good time management in a fast-paced environment? Are you detail-oriented with strong organizational skills?
