Position Title: Executive Sous Chef
Reports to: Chef/Owner
Salary: Starting base salary up to $100K DOE plus potential bonus
Benefits: Insurance Paid
Venue: Fine dining doing high volume

Very established, high-volume restaurant in search of a strong Executive Sous Chef to lead dinner services.

You will be overseeing all PM food production, kitchen staff and sous chefs. The restaurant is only open 5 nights a week so you have the ability to work with the same staff and develop your cooks and sous chefs to be better at their craft. The Exec. Sous Chef is tasked with making sure every plate that leave the kitchen is perfect and keeping things moving to stick with acceptable ticket times.
The Executive Sous Chef also helps oversee all of the COGs and labor cost to ensure the restaurant is profitable. You must have a strong command of kitchen systems and financials to be considered for this important position in the restaurant.
