Job Description
Turner Specialty Services is seeking a Site Superintendent with an inspection background to join our team in the Freeport, TX area.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting data conversions, conducting quality control of report data/documentation, communicating effectively with clients, and providing data reports as requested. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support data conversions, both physical and electronic, including inspection reports, piping iso's, P&ID's, drawings, photos, repair reports, and other documentation as needed.
  • Conduct quality control of report data/documentation associated with routine compliance. Verify information via photograph or occasional field verification for accuracy.
  • Communicate any discrepancies to clients and ensure critical deadlines are met.
  • Report MI KPI data monthly to site management and quarterly to site PSM group.
  • Provide data reports to clients as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.
  • Strong background in inspection methodologies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Location: industrial construction sites/and or office environment
  • Mobility Barriers to Access Job Site: uneven ground level; obstructed pathways
  • Climatic/Environmental Conditions at Job Site: predominately outdoor climate; may be exposed to extreme hot or cold weather, excessive humidity, rain, etc.; various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.; potential exposure to chemical substances
