Responsibilities:
Execute carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and general construction duties.
Collaborate with the crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Follow project, company, and OSHA safe work practices.
Assist and train inexperienced workers to learn the trade.
Requirements:
Proficiency or familiarity in multiple trades such as demolition, framing, formwork, roofing, millwork, and general repairs.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety practices.
Desire to grow into a leadership role within the company.
Must work well with others, but also be self-sufficient when assigned to one-person tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
