WHAT'S COOKIN' AT NACHO MAMA'S?

In 1994, a crazy Irishman named Scunny decided to open a Mexican restaurant in a Polish neighborhood. With only enough money to open a pizza shop, he birthed the Pizza and Wing Factory. Eventually, the vacant lot next door became the space for Mama's Nachos! We are an eclectic and super fun restaurant famously known as "Where East Bawmer meets Mexico." Our hot spot has become a household name for affordable and delicious Tex-Mex food along with incredible pizzas, meaty wings, and a whole lotta burritos. We sell more than food - we sell fun!

WHAT'S YOUR DAILY COCKTAIL?

We have both full- and part-time openings for this hospitality job. We're open 7 days a week and close at midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Hours will vary based on operational needs.

As a full- or part-time Mixologist - Bartender, you are the heart and soul of our hospitality team! Equal parts fun, friendly, and responsible, you add an energy to the room that's undeniable. Your years of bartending experience have made you an expert at your craft, and you mesmerize guests as you work your magic. Whether you're shaking up an award-winning Graceland margarita or mixing an Oaxaca Old Fashioned cocktail with house-made Demerara syrup, you never fail to impress our guests!

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME OUR MIXOLOGIST - BARTENDER?

• 4+ years of high-volume bartending experience
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing throughout the shift and moving quickly
• 21+ years old

Fine dining experience is preferred but not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this full- or part-time bartending job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our hospitality team making some of the best adult beverages in the area!
