Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an organized and motivated warehouse manager to join our team. This skilled multitasker will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times for millions of product orders every year. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Organize freight and materials throughout the warehouse
• Process inventory for deliveries/pickups
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
• Handle and operate necessary tools for maintaining, and managing a warehouse
• Unload inventory from freight trucks
• Stage orders for deliveries
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work as an active team member to complete goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
• Fork Lift experience (certification preferred)
• Ability to stand for extended period of time (8hrs)
• Lift up to 80lbs
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
• Ability to pass background and drug screen
