Position: Experienced Automotive Biller
Location: Laird Noller Ford Mazda of Lawrence
Pay: $25-$30 an hour based off of experience

Laird Noller, a family-owned and locally operated dealership since 1960, is the fastest-growing dealer group in Northeast Kansas. We prioritize our employees and foster a family-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and post all incoming car deals.
- Utilize accounting experience to contribute to the efficiency of financial processes.
- Prepare contracts to send to lenders.
- Prepare title work associated with the sale.
- File necessary forms online with the State of Kansas for car deals.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking efficiently.
- Maintain the privacy of customer information.
- Uphold a professional attitude with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
- Adhere to federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies, regarding information safeguarding.
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Accounting experience is helpful.
- Dealership experience is extremely helpful.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Organized with good time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must pass a background and drug test.
