Role Description

The role of a line Line Cook is to assist the chef team in all aspects of day to day operations of the culinary department. The Line Cook will maintain a high level of performance consistent with the standards set in place by the Executive Chef. Guest and owner satisfaction in our restaurants and other outlets revolves around inspired plating styles, high quality ingredients, and overall dining experience. The Line Cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry and other areas of the kitchen.

To be successful in this position, you must have work ethic and attention to detail that is required to consistently produce high quality culinary creations for our members and guests. You will need the motivation and drive to learn and grow in your position and be an integral member of a team that strives to be better each and every day.

3-5 years of fine dining experience preferred.

The schedule requires weekends and evenings.
