Occupational Therapist On-Call

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to work PRN in the Fremont-Tiffin area, weekends and weekdays as needed. Centrex Rehab is a healthcare organization that focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services that enhance the lives of people in the community. This position and location is eligible for:

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved School of Therapy

• Current license/registration in the State of Ohio
• Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus
