NEEDED IMMEDIATELY: PART-TIME WEEKDAY HOURS - Cleaning Specialist for Offices & Businesses.
Duties: Both heavy and light cleaning of commercial spaces, mainly offices including floors involving sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming, surfaces with cleaners & dusting, bathrooms, walls, fixtures, blinds & glass possibly on a ladder, stain removal, & garbage gathering & removal.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation.

- Be able to interact and communicate professionally with staff, owners, management and tenants.
- Complies with all safety, security and quality cleaning standards.
- Notifies managers of the need for minor or major repairs to operating systems if found.
- Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks assigned in a responsible manner.
- Keeps janitorial supplies stocked and equipment in good order and communicates with management for any needed items.
- Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors and checking electrical appliances for hazards.
- May be expected to make basic repairs.
- Familiarity with Covid-19 cleaning methods a bonus.
- Experienced in using preferred cleaning materials and supplies.
Must be 18 years or older.
