Food Service Worker

Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring for qualified, patient-care focused Food Service Worker to work for a State Hospital inLufkin, TXarea.

Food Service Workers are responsible for working primarily in the food service operation,duties include, washing dishes, trash removal, and tray line.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works primarily in the foodservice operation, job duties include tray line, trash removal, washing dishes.
• Additionally, will assist in set up and serving of food from counters and steamtables.
• Duties will include cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
• As a cashier, must accurately operate the cash register/POS and complete the transactions.
• Will also provide support to the retail operation, including setup, maintaining supplies and products, and assisting in cleanup and closedown.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent –REQUIRED
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Nutrition Aide in a cafeteria setting.
• Immunizations will be required / Drug screen / TB required.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certificate Required

Job Details:

• Schedule varies; Typically Sunday-Saturday hours between 6apm -8pm; Days vary (Must be flexible)
• $16/hr Starting based on experience + benefits
