Total Compensation package - $36,481 - $42, 942 annually

As an integral member of the TNLH team, the TLP/Shelter Counselor provides social services to homeless or at risk youth by interacting and assisting with the day to day functions and activities. TLP/Shelter Counselor should be a caring team player who is able to manage boundaries. TNLH is a 24 hour operations, so counselors will need to have a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities Include:
- Actively engage in learning opportunities
- Actively participate in the daily activities such as cleaning and cooking
- Ensure confidentiality of guests and families
- Maintain all necessary certifications and trainings
