Skills, Qualifications and Requirements of the Position-Job location Mandan

  • Five (5) years of experience in an auto body environment, or related experience.
  • Perform skilled body work on vehicle restorations with minimum supervision.
  • Read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Stand for eight (8) to ten (10) hours per shift.
  • Lift parts weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Five (5) years of experience in an auto body environment, or related experience.
  • Perform all procedures according to factory specifications and company policy.
  • Re-assemble painted vehicle and painted parts.
  • Perform trouble shooting on major problems.
  • Maintains a neat and orderly working area and properly handle company tools.
  • Perform repairs with fiberglass, composite and bonding materials/ plastic EPW.
  • Wear all required PPE at all times.
  • Keep tools and painting equipment clean and in working condition.
  • Keep the paint booth clean.
  • Follow federal, state and local regulations governing hazardous waste disposal.
  • Ensure safety procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Must meet productivity standards.
  • Must furnish basic tools and MLAR will provide specialty tools to perform functions of the position.
  • Maintains favorable relationships with customers.
  • Meet all MLAR and department objectives and deadlines.
  • Follow all MLAR and department policies and procedures.
  • Work within budget that is set for the department.
  • Document all parts and materials used.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
