Dirtworks Supervisor - Drilling Rig Pads 10-15 yrs exp

We are looking for a Civil Construction Superintendent / 5 yrs serving Oil and Gas Industry

This job will be performed from San Antonio to Laredo TX

Wage: $75k - $125k per year

Schedule: Full-time/Permanent including evenings and weekends as needed

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. -Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors and coworkers
2. -Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
3. -Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
4. -Willing to travel to various job locations as required (valid drivers licence)
5. -Minimum 15 years experience in the oilfield dirtwork industry (Lease building and reclamation)
6. -Minimum 5 years management experience
7. -Possess all required safety tickets
8. -Plan and coordinate work schedules and logistics for all employees and contractors to facilitate the timely completion of projects
9. -Bid and price projects
10. -Record and track maintenance of equipment
11. -Comply with all safety regulations and procedures
12. -Responsible for hiring employees/contractors
13. -Operate all relevant equipment (dozers, excavators, packers, buggies, etc)
14. -Training and mentoring staff
