We're on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join us as Packers at Factor 75 in Aurora, offering a variety of schedules (4 & 5 days/week) with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift availability. Position Description:
Packer Worker (Production department)
  • Variety of schedules: 4 & 5 days/week
  • Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift available
  • Pay: $17.75-$20.25 per hour
  • Fast hiring virtual process
  • Temp-to-Hire eligibility within 90 days

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in packing and labeling products, ensuring adherence to packing guidelines
  • Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO rotation methods
  • Work efficiently and accurately to meet packing quotas
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Working in a 32-39 degrees environment
