Frozen Lead

Essential Job Functions:

• Organize work; fill department staffing needs as authorized by store management, train and schedule associates 
• so that customers are consistently provided with prompt courteous service.
• Respond appropriately to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, accidents and questions. Be 
• prompt, tactful, calm, courteous and professional in all interactions.
• Use Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) to manage ordering appropriate quantities of merchandise and 
• supplies, and insure proper accounting of product received and balance on hand.
• Perform and direct others in pricing and displaying of merchandise. Maintain proper signage, product rotation, 
• freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise.
• Engage yourself and counsel associates in effective, productive merchandising techniques, customer services, 
• product presentation and promotional activities.

Physical Demands:

• Standing & Walking – Frequent standing & walking. Estimated total time 7.5 hrs. Maximum continuous time 
• up to 4 hrs.
• Sitting – Rarely required. Estimated total time 30 mins. Maximum continuous time 30 mins.
• Lifting & Carrying – Max weight 50 lbs., average weight 5-10 lbs., distance carried 1 – 5 feet. Must 
• frequently lift items under 10 lbs. and items between 11-50 lbs., and occasionally lift 76-100 lbs.
• Pushing and Pulling – Frequent pushing & pulling pallet jacks, grocery carts, flatbed cards, and U-boats 
• throughout store.
• Climbing – Frequent climb on step ladder or step stool ranging from 1.5 feet to 10 feet tall. 
• Other – This position also requires frequent bending, squatting, and kneeling, as well as constant use of either 
• arm or both for reaching in all directions. Other requirements include neck flexion/extension, and cervical 
• rotation.
• Work Conditions – Exposure to cold temperatures and sudden changes in temperature
