We have immediate openings for Millwrights in Ashland, VA. The Millwright assists with assembly of crane mechanical components. Rigging experience is a plus. Pay is $18 - $20 per hour based on skillset and experience. There is an $850 sign on bonus after 6 months of employment. Millwright Responsibilities:
- Assemble components (i.e. bearings) on overhead cranes
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair crane equipment
- Install couplings on shafts
- Use basic hand tools to fabricate, assemble, and install components.
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts
- Operate proper PPE(personal protective equipment) at all times
- Follow safe work guidelines at all times
Millwright Assembler Qualifications:
- 2+ years millwright/ assembling experience
- Able to read shop drawings
- Able to operate overhead cranes and forklifts
- Lift 50+ pounds
- Rigging experience a plus
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift (6AM - 4:30 PM)
- Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed
- Full-time

- $18 - $20 per hour Pay based on experience
