Job DescriptionCompany Description
Talento Search Group has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative in the Pittsview, Alabama area. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is about $50,000-80,000 per year.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support customer network
- Answer customer questions and upsell to customers
- Manage incoming calls
- Manage warranty claims
- Track projects and communications with customers
Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred
- At least 2 years of customer service or inside sales rep experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
