Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a payroll administrator to join our fast-paced organization. This person will be a self-starter who is able to jump in to learn the payroll software (Paycom) to become a system expert. We are looking for someone who is in the Atlanta area.

Job Function

• Responsible for multi-state payroll Processing for semi-monthly payroll (220 employees)
• Evaluate processes to improve and/or automate
• Assist employees and managers with navigating the payroll system to make updates and changes
• Create and load file feeds, reconciliation and funding to 3rd party administrators
• Maintain up to date federal, state and local employment tax knowledge
• Maintain and organize data, update policies and procedures
• Monthly and ad hoc reporting
• Other projects as needed

Job Requirements

• 4-7 years minimum experience in processing payroll
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business or accounting
• Paycom experience a PLUS!
• Once fully trained we will accommodate a hybrid schedule.
