Supplemental Health Care is working with a Skilled Nursing Or Assisted Living Facility in Flanagan, Illinois to hire a Director of Nursing RN. Director of Nursing RN Contract Details:
- $2600-$2700 per week
- Hours per week: 40
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 05/31/2024
- Location: In-person
- Details: Interim DON
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
- DON will be responsible for Directing the nursing program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary
- Overseeing hiring, firing, and development of nursing staff
- Communicating with families, residents, and physicians as needed
- Developing a business plan and budget for the nursing unit
- Participating in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
- Ensuring the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Travel pay packages including housing and meals allowance are available

Requirements:
- Current Illinois RN License
- American Heart Association BLS
- 5 years in Long Term or Acute Health Care / 2 years Nursing Supervisory (DON) Recent Experience
