Panel Technician

Job Overview: The Panel Technician is a hands-on assembler of industrial control panels and electrical assemblies. This position requires the knowledge of electricity, blue print reading, and electrical measurement. This is a Direct Hire role. What you will be doing as a Panel Technician… Assemble electrical control panels using hand tools and machines as assigned while under the direction of others. Adhere to construction schedules. Adhere to NEC, UL, or CE code. Read and understand detailed schematics, blueprints, parts lists, etc. Monitor supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies. Monitor personal quality measures are being met. Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Panel Technician… Completion of an Associate’s degree program in a related discipline from an accredited college, technical school, or university; or Other equivalent education and experience combinations will be considered with solid evidence of success. Demonstrated to be proficient with computer technologies including but not limited to, Windows Operating Systems, and the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. Mechanical or electrical assembly experience. Electrical trade experience. Knowledge of UL, NEC or other electrical standards.
