We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Manager to join our thriving engineering company. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals and lead our Quality Management department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the Engineering industry, preferably with a focus on Quality Management Systems, IATF, SPC, Problem Solving, and Control Plans. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing and overseeing the company's Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
2. Leading the implementation of IATF 16949 and maintaining the certification.
3. Utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor, control, and optimize our manufacturing process.
4. Developing, implementing, and reviewing Control Plans to ensure product quality.
5. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance or improvement.
6. Leading problem-solving teams and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.
7. Training and supervising quality department staff.
8. Reporting on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
9. Collaborating with other departments to integrate quality control into all functions of the company.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Management role within the Engineering industry.
3. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), IATF 16949, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Problem Solving techniques, and Control Plans.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest standards of quality.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
