*Job: *Sterile Processing Tech #HC1
*Job Location: *Newport, OR
*Contract:* 13 Weeks (Extension Available)
*Shift:* Varies, rotating weekends
*Guarantee:* 40 hours a week
*Pay Rate: *$1440/week local and $1615/week for travel
*Duties:*
* Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment according to established protocols
* Inspect instruments for damage or defects, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
* Assemble instrument trays and surgical sets with precision and accuracy
* Maintain inventory of sterile supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
* Adhere to infection control guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments for procedures
* Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
