Job Title: Project Manager Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 (and profit share) Location: Ennis, TX Industry: Structural Steel Job Function: You'll be instrumental in supervising and coordinating every facet of structural steel construction projects. This role involves leading a committed team, partnering with clients, and guaranteeing timely and budget-compliant project accomplishment. The Client: Our client is an AISC-accredited fabrication company, focusing on structural steel projects. Prioritizing quality, safety, and innovation, striving to provide outstanding outcomes to their clientele. Presently, they're in search of a skilled and driven Structural Steel Project Manager to become a part of the team. Responsibilities: * Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule. * Monitor project budgets and control expenses. * Review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. * Provide leadership and direction to project teams. Requirements: * Proficient in project management software. (Knowledge of Tekla EPM is a plus). * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred). * Proven experience in structural steel construction project management. * General understanding of AISC, OSHA, and AWS codes.
