Job Details

Our company, a leading player in the energy sector, is seeking a talented and experienced HYBRID Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our power plants and gas processing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This position is a hybrid opportunity that will be partially onsite and partially from home.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our power plants and gas processing facilities to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Monitor and control power plant equipment and machinery, including power generation systems and engines.
• Implement and manage operational procedures and protocols to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise field operations, including the deployment and coordination of field staff and resources.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize power station engineering processes and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner to minimize downtime and loss.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operational staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Participate in the planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities to minimize disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in power plant operation, power station engineering, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of power plant generation systems, gas processing facilities, and engine operations.
• Proven experience in process engineering and power systems.
• Demonstrated experience in field operations and operations management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using computer software and technology for operational management.
