Job Summary
- Work in a Sysco warehouse and be a critical member of the food service supply chain. Warehouse Selectors pick orders for delivery to food service venues in the local community.
- Active, physical role that includes operating an electric pallet jack, and/or forklift
- Organizing and palletizing products to build customer orders
- Preferred Work Experience & Requirements
- 6+ months of warehouse, military, or physically active job experience required
- 6+ months of experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift required
- Frequently lift product that weighs 1lb - 75 lbs and up to 100 lbs
- Frequently reach up to 72 inches
- Constantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, retrieving products from lower shelf areas
- Work in very extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer)
- Work on your feet for 10 – 12 hours daily
