Job Details

Requirements:
  • Professional Land Surveying Licensure (PS, LS, PLS, RLS, RPLS, or PSM)
  • 8+ years experience with Land Surveying
  • Experience with Robotic Total Station, RTK GPS, Trimble Access Data Collectors, and laser scanners
  • Knowledge of Civil 3D, Total Station, Carlson, Microstation
  • Experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys

Day-to-day:
  • Lead and manage teams to prepare survey descriptions and plats for boundary surveys, subdivisions, right-of-way, or easements
  • Work with clients and establish and maintain good relationships
  • Post-processing of all field data (static, RTK, VRS, and Total Station) and creation of technical reports / documents
  • Process topographic surveys / control surveys into AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Schedule field staff and communicate / coordinate with Project Managers and other offices
  • Perform field survey duties as required
