Multi-concept Upscale restaurant near Morehead City is searching for a Execitove Chef Fresh high-quality ingredients require great execution, we are looking for a hands-on leader to drive results.

 

 Executive Chef Compensation and Benefits:

• Relocation assistance is 3 months of temp housing.
• Healthcare stipend up to 6k
• Growing enterprise
• No crazy late nights and get a weekend day off every week!
• This role has some creative elements, but there is a core menu in place.

Executive Chef Requirements

• 3+ years with a full-service restaurant in KM or EC role.
• Stable work history.
• Current ServSAFE certification
• Passion for the growth and development of your team

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Drive execution of standards in a high-volume restaurant
• Manage costs.
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships.
• Develop and coach your team.
• Live company standards
