DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will be working within the Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Human Resource Field Operations, performing a wide variety of highly complex human resource work that supports the Philadelphia County Assistance Office (CAO), OIM Processing Center (PC), and Philadelphia Customer Service Center (CSC). You will be focusing on hiring duties as well as various administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with management regarding their recruitment requests.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
  • Work hours may be negotiable within the agency's business hours.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days a week and 2 days per week in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Philadelphia.
  • Salary: The salary is non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year of experience in the performance of technical human resource duties; and a bachelor's degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
