About the Position:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and experienced School Psychologist to join our team at a School District in Enfield, Connecticut. School Psychologists play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our students. Theyprovide a range of services, including:
- Assessment and evaluation:Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, needs, and eligibility for special education services.
- Intervention and consultation:Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), providing behavioral and academic interventions, and consulting with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Crisis intervention and prevention:Providing crisis intervention support to students and staff, and developing and implementing crisis prevention plans.
- Data-driven decision-making:Collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making about student programming and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in school psychology from a NASP-approved program
- State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in a school setting with diverse student populations
- Strong knowledge of child development, mental health, and learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
