Soliant is looking for an experienced High School Business Manager to join our growing team in a full-time position for the uping school year.

Your Role: The Business Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the fiscal and business affairs of the high school. This position is ultimately responsible for overseeing all finance and operations functions necessary to run a high school.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate maintenance of all High School financial records
• Administration of the budget and personnel functions
• Responsible for budgeting, purchasing, facilities, food services, transportation, technology, student enrollment, student data, regulatory pliance, human resource administration, and academic operations support.
• Ensures little to no difference between the school budget and actual spending during the year.
• Other duties as assigned by the principal of the high school.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business, statistics, or a related field

Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Expert accounting and mathematical skills
• Knowledge of governmental accounting regulations (GASB 34)
• The ability to analyze, interpret, and municate plex documents and topics.
• Verifiable history/experience of sound financial management
• Excellent munication skills
• Knowledge of the effective use of visual and verbal financial presentations

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week + Board meetings)
Location: On-Site/In-Person
