Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a large retail corporate office in the Pittsburgh Airport Area and they are looking for a temporary part time Marketing Specialist/Project Coordinator. This role will work hand in hand with their marketing team as well as cross functionally with departments through out the company helping to track and coordinate marketing releases for one of their newly launched outdoor product lines. This role is part time, approximately 24 hours, 3 days a week. Hybrid is preferred, either coming on site 3 days a week or 2 days a week and 1 day remotely. They may consider a fully remote person living in eastern standard time with the right marketing background. The temporary period is estimated to last 6 months, could possibly be extended depending on performance and business need. Hours are typically 830am to 5pm and the pay for the position will be $35-$37/hr. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit, and temporary health benefits!

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating marketing projects through out the marketing team and cross functionally with departments through out the company.
- Assigning projects to designers and copy team through their Workfront system.
- Tracking progress of assigned jobs through Workfront, making updates as the project goes.
- Sharing creative material with the right departments to obtain approvals before marketing launches.
- Working with planners in both soft and hard lines to ensure all marketing material is ready to meet deadlines.
- Reviewing and obtaining imagery from their database that is appropriate for the marketing campaigns
- Tracking and reporting using Workfront and MS Excel.
- Special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field is preferred; associates degree or experience may also be considered instead of the degree
1+ years of marketing planning/coordination experience
1+ years of project coordination experience
Workfront experience is a plus
Microsoft Office skills are required
Ability to be flexible with scheduled days during the week is ideal
