Working Foreman/Supervisor

HRmango is seeking a Working Supervisor/Foreman for a confidential concrete company in Madison Wisconsin. The right candidate will be MSHA certified and have experience in crushing, grinding, screening, wash plants (both fixed and portable, and various plant conveyor systems. Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise non-union personnel including plant operations
• Crushing/grinding/screening/wash plants (both fixed and portable)
• Maintaining plant conveyor systems
• Working alongside direct reports to accomplish required leadership tasks
• You will be responsible for worker and plant safety (MSHA)
• Will perform leadership management, planning and organization
• Other tasks/responsibilities as deemed fit

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong ability to multitask and stay focused
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• Ability to commute or relocate w/assistance
• Previous leadership experience
• Previous experience working with concrete, redi-mix cement and stone
• Must be MSHA certified and compliant
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Madison, Wisconsin
