The primary purpose of the Team Coach is to improve quality and deliver training to our associates. This person is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including auditing, assisting with creating & reviewing quality reports, trending, and feedback results.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely quality follow through in the form of audits and development sessions.
  • Work with leadership to develop and maintain information to identify trends and target improvements.
  • Ensure new information communicated to the team is accurate & support the team to improve quality.
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

  • High School diploma, preferably some college.
  • Understanding of how to use a computer and basic systems.
  • Mailroom, quality, or training background.
  • Proven track record of quality work in current role.
  • Ability to recognize poor quality work or processes and collaborate with people to improve their work output.
  • Ability to describe how to improve work to staff members and recognize good work.
  • Organized and attentive to detail.
