A Behavioral Health facility is currently seeking to add a Registered Nurse to join their team full time!Check out the details below:
Title: Registered Nurse - RN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Psychiatric
Location: Orofino, ID
Schedule: Full-time, set schedule, 4 shifts per week – mix of 8 and 12 hour shifts
Pay: $33/hr plus benefits and a $3,000 sign on bonus! Relocation assistance available too!
The RN’s duties to include but not be limited to:
-Performs skilled nursing that may include: client assessment, care plan development, health education, clinical activities, case management, direct nursing services, charge nurse responsibilities.
-Performs psychosocial and physical assessments of patients upon admission and continuing assessments during hospitalization
-Evaluates patients’ status as to change in behaviors, physical and/or mental illness, etc.
-Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Licensed as a Professional or Registered Nurse by the state of Idaho or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance to the Nurse Licensure Compact states: AZ, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NM, NC, ND, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WS, WY
-Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
