Tekni-Plex is looking for Packers for their facility in Decatur, IN for 1st and 2nd shift who will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $17.50 + $1/Shift Differential (For Overnight Hours)
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 12 Hour Rotating Shifts (2/2/3/)
Tekni-Plex is looking for Packers for their facility in Decatur, IN for 1st and 2nd shift who will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:

- Assembles & Stages customer orders by pulling/picking the proper product from inventory
- Follows FIFO on all shipping, WIP, & FG Processes
- Assists with the transferring of Finished Goods and/or Raw Material to and from outside warehousing
- Maintains organization of all Finished Goods and Work in Process material.
- Competently and neatly completes all required paperwork including but not limited to sales orders, bills of lading, loading checklist, 24 Hour shipping log, trailer inspections, put away forms, etc.
- 6+ Months of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move 12 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
