We are currently seeking an AR Analyst for a temp to hire position located in Fullerton. This position will be working onsite.

AR Analyst Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer credit files, credit applications and running D&B reports
- Handle daily collection calls via phone or email
- Reconcile the chargebacks and deductions
- Audit purchase orders
- Handle research and discrepancies
- Debits, credit and handle credit memos
- 2+ years of AR/Collections experience
- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, accruals and refunds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Excel skills (vlookup and pivot functions)
