Dispatcher Admin (Night Shift)
Stockton, CA
$21 an hour
Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log driver file DOT requirements for tracking.
Job Duties:
- Various office and administrative task.
- Handling accounts payable/receivable and collections
- Maintaining database
- Audit of logs and trip reports and other DOT reporting
- Resolution of driver equipment requests and pallet tracking
- Maintenance and distribution of route books, daily interface with drivers.
- Other duties may be assigned
- Experience Admin 1+ years of Logistics in Transportation experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Resume showing related experience to the job.
Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday (8pm – 8am)
