Medical Office Assistant - Part-time

Currently hiring for Medical Office Assistants to support a leading healthcare organization in Baltimore, MD.

Description:

• Before Rooming the patients, making sure the clinic flow is continuing to move
• Scheduling and referrals and follow up with clinical notes
• Documenting any clinical information in Aria, their system.
• Entering patient demographics and insurance information
• Update and enter CDC requirement questions/answers
• Responsible for the patient experience, making sure they are getting the customer service that they need

Qualified candidates MUST HAVE an active CMA and BLS certificate.
