Purchasing Agent

Description:

• Agent manages 5 to 7 divisions (parts of the country) and handles all customer service related to purchasing tasks. Will have 1 coordinator assigned to them for support.
• Will go through architectural drawings and plans and review home build and then determine # of baths, # bedrooms, different options for upgrades to build into pricing matrixes
  • Build and handle all direct budget reports
  • Upload new pricing into NewStar ERP
  • Process changes to existing homes that have already been built
  • Host and run division calls to review priorities and outstanding tasks

Qualifications:

• Intermediate excel
• Basic knowledge of architectural drawings
• Bachelors + 2 years exposure to purchasing or logistics or building
• HS Diploma or GED
