About this job
Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgery, etc. Attending to their basic needs such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating.
Help clients take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation.
Help with mobility around the house or outside (Dr appointments, walks, etc)
Plan and prepare meals and help clients get exercise and mental stimulation.
Complete client shopping, or accompany them to do so.
Perform housekeeping duties and report unusual incidents.
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
Offer assistance with activities that are essential for daily living.
