The Manager of Orthopedic Clinic Operations will be part of a dedicated group of professionals with the resources, training and expertise to provide patients with the most advanced medical care. The Manager of Orthopedic Ambulatory Clinic will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, processes, and departmental policies to achieve greater productivity, consistency and outcomes of the department managed. The Ortho Clinic Operation Manager will work collaboratively with the Group's Department Chair or Section Chief to meet and improve dashboard measures and other key strategic initiatives through data analysis, interpretation and recommendations for change.

The Manager of Orthopedic Practice Group may develop departmental capital and operational budgets or provide input into the budgeting process. The Manager of Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic will make recommendations related to employment, rewards/discipline and work assignments relative to key initiatives.

The Orthopedic Ambulatory Clinic Manager will provide transformational leadership and builds relationships, networks, and alliances to reach strategic goals. The Manager of Orthopedic Medical Group will also travel to meetings and training throughout the Region as well as meetings held in locations outside of the area.
